Aether Labs rolled out its CareerForge platform on July 2, connecting 620 Atlanta-area tech workers to positions at local firms within the first nine days.
The tool uses machine-learning models trained on six years of regional hiring data to pair candidates with openings that match both skills and salary expectations. Atlanta's technology employment has rebounded after last year's contraction, and firms along the I-85 corridor report persistent gaps in cloud architecture and threat detection.
Aether Labs occupies the third floor of the Atlanta Tech Village building at 75 5th Street NW. Its engineers run weekly office hours inside the Advanced Technology Development Center on the Georgia Tech campus, where they review resumes from students completing the institute's cybersecurity certificate. The company also partners with the Midtown-based Metro Atlanta Chamber workforce program that places graduates from the Atlanta Technical College coding boot camp.
Those ties matter because 42 percent of the platform's current matches involve candidates who live within a 10-mile radius of either location. Recruiters at the two sites say the speed of matches has cut their average time-to-hire from 47 days to 19.
Internal figures released by Aether Labs show the platform has generated 1,140 interview requests since launch, with a 54 percent acceptance rate. The Metro Atlanta Chamber reported 8,200 net new tech positions added across Fulton and DeKalb counties in the second quarter. A one-year subscription to CareerForge costs $299 for individual users and $4,800 for employer accounts that post unlimited roles.
Job seekers can upload a resume and LinkedIn profile at the company's kiosk inside the Tech Village lobby before the next cohort review on July 18. Employers seeking to post openings should contact the sales desk at the same address before the end of the month to secure Q3 pricing.
